By installing and using the Pricesmith Shopify app, you agree to the following terms. These terms supplement the Shopify Partner Programme Agreement and the platform’s standard installation flow.

Use of the app

Pricesmith reads your product catalog from Shopify, evaluates the price rules you configure, writes the resulting price updates back to Shopify, and records an audit trail of changes. You are responsible for the rules you configure and the price changes the app applies to your store on your behalf.

Accounts and access

Access is bound to your Shopify store install. Uninstalling the app revokes our access tokens and triggers deletion of your data per the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from price changes the app performs at your direction. Use the preview and rollback features to verify any rule before applying it to large portions of your catalog.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the most recent version is always posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the new terms.
